‘Exotic / Near’ is a an abstract expressive landscape, inspired by imaginary and dreamy, inner and outer landscapes. It is fueled by the dream of traveling and the idea that what seems exotic to one person is just normal life for another one in another part of the world.
It is painted using quality, high pigmented and light-fast acrylic on a 100% cotton canvas. The photograph doesn’t do it proper justice as it doesn’t really show the pops of neon orange. It is varnished with a satin UV protective coat.
